I've been working with Devan for the past year and a half, primarily doing CoreAlign. She's an excellent fitness instructor who always checks in about how I'm feeling before our sessions; truly understanding that not only is every body different, but that bodies will feel different week-to-week and day-to-day.Devan's cueing is really easy to understand and intuitive. She's thoughtful, offering modifications that work with how my body is feeling in the moment and with my pre-existing injuries, along with offering options to make exercises more difficult for when I'm really wanting to challenge myself.Since working consistently with Devan, I have noticed increased strength in my entire body, particularly in an ankle that sustained a serious sprain years ago and increased core strength, which has helped immensely with chronic pain from a lower-back strain.Devan's pricing structure is also accessible for those on a budget. I feel really lucky that Devan is here, offering top-notch private fitness instruction in a calm (and meticulously clean!) environment.
